i love art of all kinds. tattooing has come so far and there's so many amazing things that can be put into the skin, i wanted to be a part of it.

Who/what were your influences when you started? What are they today?
i love traditional tattoos. Jerry Swallow is amazing. I also love black and grey work. Bob Tyrrell is my hero. I met him last year and took his black and grey seminar in Calgary. He's incredibly talented
How you come up with your ideas? Do you have a certain place you go or thing you do? What is the type of situation you create that always works? Do you have a special ritual? Habit? Foodstuff?
i work alot with my clients. i'll draw several designs for them to choose from. I have three kids, so i draw when i can. don't have time for rituals! except tea...i like to have tea while i'm drawing
Describe your creative workspace:
i have two...my computer desk where i have an inspiration board filled with tattoo designs, pictures of family, verses etc, and my studio with is much more quiet and secluded with my drawings on the wall.
